The Aloha Tavern was built in 1922. At that time it
was a pool hall. In 1934 it was decided to turn it into a Tavern.
There have been only 5 owners during the 80 years that it has
existed, with Jeanne and Al Cox being the owners for the last
20 years.
As you can tell by the photos it is very rustic. It
has quenched the thirst of many a logger, shake miller, good
ol' locals and tourists. The burls on the outside were brought
in by the locals to enhance the beauty of the building.
Their menu consists of Beer and Wine, Burgers, Hot
Dogs, Pizza and a variety of snacks.
You can shoot a game of pool with your friends, play
a game of shuffle board, sit down at the antique piano and play
a song. The Aloha Tavern has a very relaxed atmosphere, where
everyone is welcome.
Come on by and check us out!
